设备特点 分室轮流切换，停风反吹清灰，清灰彻底。 顺流内滤式设计可处理高浓度含尘空气。 自行清灰系统，省去反吹风机和压缩空气， 使用方便，可处理细微粉尘（≥1μm） 外壳内壁自带保温层，能处理较潮湿含尘气流， 即使环境温度较低也不会出现结露和布袋精死。 自动、手动选择，操作方便，采用集中控制（主 风机、除尘器）。 安装运输方便，换袋容易，维修简单。 滤料选用 常温尘气，采用729滤料，布袋直径φ250。 高温（>120℃~200℃）烟灰，采用芳香族聚酰醛 纤维滤料（NOMEX，CONEX等）。 对细微（≤1μm）粉尘或潮湿、易粘难处理粉尘 可采用聚四氟乙烯薄膜滤料。 产品用途 可广泛在冶金、铸造、化工颜料、粮油加工、建 材、矿山造矿、制药等行业中使用，可处理含湿 量较大的含尘气流。 |
