设备特点:
1、 本除尘器的结构如图一所示,采用变直径
的对数螺旋线的蜗壳筒体,分为内、外两个旋
筒,并由中缝分配流量,用阻尘板阻尘,用底
板消除强制涡流,减少阻力损耗,分离尘粒进
入锥斗,由排尘口排走。
2、 除尘器内无传动部件、无导向叶片和小旋
风,维护量少,也不堵塞。即使由于某种特殊
情况,造成筒体积尘时,也可从检修孔进行清
扫。
3、 本除尘器分为立式(II型)、卧式(III
型)两种,因此布置接管时灵活、方便。
4、 本除尘器结构简单、体积小、重量较轻,
耗钢量较少,卸灰方便。
5、 本除尘器因阻力很低,一般自然引风锅炉
和机械引风锅炉均可采用,对初尘浓度很高,
需要采用二级串联除尘方可达到国家排放标准
的锅炉设备或工艺设备,若采用此除尘器作第
一级净化,则可降低系统阻力,减少动力损耗,
一般不需要采用高压风机,更不要用两台引风
机串联运行。
6、 本除尘器因采用变直径的蜗壳。与颗粒的
运动轨迹基本相符,减少了大尘粒的碰壁反弹
现象,故磨损很轻,使用寿命较长。

Structure feature
1: this kind of catcher’s
structure diagram as follow, adept to the bar of transmission-direct, whirling
thread. Divided into two whirling bars of inside and outside, designate
flowing volume with middle seam, use de-dust board to prevent dust, use
root-board to eliminate the forced-flowing, decrease the loss of resistance,
separate the particle from the funnel, give away from the exit.

stocking in the catcher, Even if appear the special condition that can cause
some dust into the bar, also make clearance from the inspection-exit.

(Model II).

equipmenimple structure, small volume, lightweight, low consumption, convenient
to unloading.

of Two Grade

Ministry. d not use the high-compressor fan, in the meantime, need not operation
with two contacting intr
If need First Grade Clearance, from this step, can decrease the resistance
of the system, decrease the power consumption, neeoducing-wind fan.
6: this kind of catcher adopt to the
transmission-direct surface, accordance
with the obstacle of these particle, decrease
the philosopher of big particle bounding,
so the loss is every low, using life is long. |
